Lenoir County Democratic Party will meet the Second Thursday of Each month at King's Restaurant on Hwy 70. King's buffet will be available for those who wish to eat at 6:30PM (price is $8.95 + tax - Dutch treat). General meeting will begin promptly at 7:00PM and will last for one hour.

 

          February 13th (Noon) – February 29th (Noon):  Filing Period for Candidates

 

          February 21st - Local Party Meeting at St Augustus, 318 North St, Kinston

 

          March 6th - Lenoir County Democratic Party Precinct meetings 6pm - 7:30

 

          March 10th - Precinct meeting make up date (10am and 7pm)

 

          March 19th  - Absentee Ballots by Mail Available

 

          April 13th (5pm)  - Voter Registration Deadline (for Primary)

 

          April 14th - Lenoir County Democratic Party Convention

 

          April 19th (8:30am) – May 5th 1pm One Stop Voting

 

          May 7th (5pm) - Return Deadline for Absentee Ballots

 

          May 8th 6:30am – 7:30pm ----PRIMARY ELECTION

 

          May 12th - Lenoir County Democratic Party Reverse Drawing (date could       

          Change before the primary)

  

          May 17th (Noon) - Deadline to Request a Second Primary

 

          May 19th - 1st and 3rd Congressional District meetings

 

          June 16th - North Carolina Democratic Party Convention

 

          June 26th – Second Primary (if necessary)
